We, Precision World, carry all of the warranty services, and are headquartered in the greater Los Angeles area (southern California), USA. Most of your possible problems can be solved over the phone with the help of our very experienced and well-trained technicians and engineers. We will send you parts and instructions for replacement if necessary. In very few cases, you may need to send your microscope back to our facilities in southern California for maintenance or repair.

Tracking information will be directly forwarded to you from the shipping company when your order is shipped out. UPS Ground usually takes five working days from coast to coast. Express packages can be delivered overnight, second day or 3 days, depending on what you choose.
