Most payments take one full business day to process. Items will
generally ship the day after payment is received. We Will Ship Internationally.
International shipping
may cost more. Extra shipping costs & measures may need to be taken to ship your package.
Please be sensitive to this and willing to pay difference
in cost if need be.
Some specials offered in the sale may not apply to internationally
shipped items.
Returns Info: If you want to return an item, please notify us within
30
days of receiving your purchase. Please note, your refund will not include any of the shipping costs to
or from you. (only the auction end price will be refunded)
A 10% return fee may apply. If item is not returned exactly how it
was sent your refund may be denied.
Return Policy Exception:
"Covered Under Manufacturers Warranty" - when this is stated in the
sale it is because the item for sale is either new, or is like new (LN)
and is guaranteed by the manufacturer. If you experience any problems
with an item stating in the sale to be "covered under manufactures
warranty" then you will need to contact the manufacturer for parts, repair,
replacement, etc...
We are simply a reseller, It is not our fault if a new or a like new item
"covered under manufacturers warranty" fails to work properly or breaks.
These types of problems need to be presented to the manufacturer. Our profit margin is pennies on a dollar,
don't be unfair and give negative or neutral feedback for something that
is not at all our fault or our responsibility. This is the responsibility of the manufacturer. So please, point the finger in the correct
direction. As the saying goes "don't shoot the messenger". We will
provide you with manufacturer / company contact information if you need it.
If a
company requests further information from you, regarding the purchase you
made from us, we will be happy to communicate with them on your behalf to
try and resolve any issues.
