The JL Audio 10W7 subwoofer is a serious woofer that puts high demands on the enclosure that it is mounted in. With a weight of 30 lbs. it needs to be in the proper enclosure in order to get the most out of it.

This is why I designed this enclosure specifically for two 10W7's

It features sealed design construction using 3/4" MDF for the main enclosure and a 1" MDF baffle for mounting the subs. The gross internal volume per side is 1.34 cu.ft. The enclosure weighs approximately 48lbs.

Absolute external dimensions are as follows:

34 1/2" wide, 13 3/4" high, 14" deep.

The use of the internal braces significantly strengthens the enclosure virtually eliminating panel flex. These braces are bonded into slots on all four sides for a truly rock solid box.

  • Carpeted in durable backed charcoal gray or black speaker box carpet.
  • Comes complete with two terminal cups and 12 gauge wire.
