Include your full name, city, state, zip code and email address. Your street address is not necessary, nor will I publish this information.
This is for the protection of my serious bidders and repeat customers who often lose out on winning bids from non-paying bidders or those who didn't read the listing in its entirety.
If you choose to make your feedback private, please do not bid on my items on auction. You may contact me before bidding if you need an exception to this policy.
I appreciate questions and I try to answer them on a timely basis. Please note I am on the East Coast and often not available after 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time, M-F. Please plan your questions accordingly and if they are not answered in time, please refrain from bidding. Please read my listings. Some handbags are pre-owned.
Shipping Details
I ship fast! You will find your package will be shipped the same or next business day after payment is received and cleared by PayPal. I also want the shipping costs incurred by you or me to be as reasonable as possible, but I want your package to arrive safely while remaining in the confines of reasonable shipping fees. Therefore, the carrier I choose is at my discretion and is based on your location in relationship to mine. I use new boxes and packaging materials and I will not stuff your item into a box that I feel is unsuitable for the size of the item. I include delivery confirmation in my shipping costs and on items over $249 I include and require your signature confirmation when delivered. For increased security, I deliver my items directly to the USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Please note, I cannot control delivery times once a package is in the possession of the carrier. I do not offer pick-ups.

$0 to 50 = $1.70
$50.01to $100 = $2.15
$100.01 to $200 = $2.60
$200.01 to $300 = $4.60
$300.01 to $400 = $5.55
$400.01 to $500 = $6.50
$500.01 to $600 = $7.45
$600.01 to $5,000 = $7.45 plus $.95 per $100 value
I have received requests to stuff items into a flat rate shipping box for reduced shipping. Unless I determine a bag can be safely folded and stuffed into a box without receiving further damage, I will not do so. I respectfully request that you do not bid on our items if my shipping terms, methods and cost is not acceptable to you.
I combined items must be on one invoice and be purchased within 7 days of the first item. Please contact me with your intentions and wait for a combined invoice before paying.
Shipping Outside the States
Occasionally I will make an exception to my International Shipping Policy provided you have purchased internationally before and your feedback LEFT for other sellers is public and acceptable to me. Please contact me for a quote. Shipping outside the states could be expensive. I am a registered taxpaying business in the US and I cannot alter the customs forms to show a lesser value than you paid; nor can the item be checked as a gift. If you are not aware of your country's import tariff and value added tax (VAT) information, you may want to review it before you agree to accept my terms. The import and value added taxes (VAT) that your country imposes may be significant but they are not in my control, and they are charged to you upon delivery.
I ship USPS International Priority (if the final value is under $150, or Express Mail only if the value is over $150. I use the actual cost based on an estimated weight, plus $1.75 handling fee. Shipping fees are invoiced separately. Please note, if I overestimate the weight of an item in my estimated shipping quote, I refund the difference. Payment Details
Without prior communication, payment is expected within 7 days or I reserve the right to relist the item and submit and close an Unpaid Item Dispute to Ebay. I accept PayPal but the item must ship to the address on your PayPal account.
7% NJ Sales Tax applies to sales in NJ.

RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of the product I sell, all sales are final.
I realize that from time to time allowances need to be made for a return or for an unpaid item. Please note the following:
1 - Your bid is a contract to buy.
2 - Under certain conditions, I may process a waiver of an Unpaid Item Dispute, however 10% of the final value fee of the item will be assessed. This is to cover the cost of the additional time and resources associated with the re-listing.
3 - Additionally I ask that first a mutual agreement I initiate to end the transaction favorably be completed by the bidder.
4. Your item will arrive with a specific color & numbered security tag identifying the product as being purchased from Pinchrosemary. Do not remove it if you you have any concerns. If you are seeking perfect or seeking to purchase with the option to return, please do not bid on my items. Regarding pre-owned item and some display items: If you are willing to forego perfection for low pricing, these items will represent a significant value to you. Unless otherwise mentioned, my items are manufactured as first quality not factory seconds or outlet items.
Disclosure
I make every effort to remove designer logos from my listings and my advertisements but not from the product.
My products are the genuine article as represented and obtained through legal channels.

Item Descriptions and Condition Rating System
Unless otherwise noted, I sell pre-owned/used items and condition ratings are subjective. If an item is listed as new, it may not be a current model and it may have been handled or mishandled on a retail shelf. If included, boxes, may have the remnants of store labels or the box may be damaged. Regarding condition ratings below, what is good to one person is fair to another and vice versa. Our items are described to the best of our ability. I try to describe features of our bags but dimensions are approximate. Please note color shades and tones vary to every eye and on every PC and laptop monitor and should be used as a starting reference only. It is impossible to describe every imperfection, particularly because our items are pre-owned/used. It is also impossible for us to describe and photograph every scuff, spot, blip or impression inherent to the natural characteristics of genuine leather or the materials/textiles from which the bag is composed. I don’t know the age or how often a previous owner carried an item. I don't know if a soiled item will come clean and I offer no guarantees for the removal of spots or marks. I sell our items "As Is."
I use actual photos for pre-owned items, but I would not want someone to be disappointed with a purchase so please review the item information description and ask questions in addition to reviewing the photos BEFORE BIDDING. Color shades and tones represented in the actual photos vary to every eye and on every PC and laptop monitor. They should be used as a starting reference only. Items may also appear larger or smaller in the photos then they actually are. Please refer to the dimensions.
All auction sales are final. This policy allows us to keep our aggressively low pricing.
CONDITION RATING CODE: Again, please note condition ratings are subjective. General rule for condition rating follows:
A Condition - (Gift Quality) New in excellent condition. Note: New does not mean a current model. The item may be discontinued or currently unavailable in stores. Item may not have the original package. If original packaging is included, it may have the remnants of a retail store label or stickers.
B Class - Previously owned and used unless otherwise noted. May be in very good, good or fair condition. Imperfections or defects will be described to the best of my ability. Please review the actual photos thoroughly, ask questions and bid accordingly. I offer no guarantees that an item can be cleaned or repaired. These items are sold "as is."
C Class – Our sale and bargain items. Imperfections/damages will be noted to the best of my ability.
