Buyer pays all shipping, and insurance (S&I) charges unless otherwise mentioned in ad text.
Combined shipping discounts of items closing within 1 week (7 days) of each other are available upon check-out - PLEASE mention this in the NOTES section of the first auction to close.
Shipping (S) charges = Please use the CALCULATOR in the auction to determine the ACTUAL S&I charges as paid by DigitalConsignment to get the item(s) to you.
Buyer may opt for other FASTER methods of delivery such as UPS Next Day but seller will not ship the package without tracking and insurance on the item and buyer is responsible for all S&I costs. If a faster shipping method is required PLEASE contact help@digitalconsignment.com with your request ASAP.
Handling (H) charges = NO HANDLING will be charged unless otherwise mentioned in text of ad above.
Insurance (I) charges = insurance AND TRACKING/DELIVERY CONFIRMATION and/or SIGNATURE is required AND INCLUDED on all items. This service charge is automatically added to total S&I amount upon check out.
Non contiguous USA (Hawaii and Alaska and USA Territories) = Please pay the by zip code S&I requested INCLUDING if won with BUY IT NOW.
International Shipment (and, yes, that includes Canada) = Please pay the S&I requested INCLUDING if won with BUY IT NOW.
If purchasing with FREE SHIPPING you will receive a credit toward your ACTUAL shipping charges, but will still be responsible for any actual S&I beyond that amount. The credit will be ½ the cost to ship within the 48 states (eg. If FREE SHIPPING 48 USA winners will receive a $10 credit toward actual S&I the non 48 winners will receive $5 toward actual S&I charges).
International Buyers Please Note:
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up so, please, do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
I prefer to use the LEAST EXPENSIVE international option to ship (usually USPS economy parcel post which is a 20-30 day shipping option) unless a faster option is preferred by the buyer. If a faster shipping method is required PLEASE contact help@digitalconsignment.com with your request ASAP. Finally, if shipping cost is less than a $5 difference between this slow boat and a faster method we will contact you to offer you the option prior to actually shipping the item.
