Therefore please be advised that we do not refund shipping/handling fee as long as the shipped merchandise completely matches listing description(s).
In order to prove the Yarnbow standards we do not withhold restocking fee from buyer. We never gain from merchandise returns but always share your disappointment and do everything possible for you to avoid wrong purchase. In case it happened, we guarantee you a hassle free return transaction.
