Due to the high demand for some of our more popular items, back orders occasionally occur. If one or more of your items are out of stock, those items will ship when back order item is available or buyer can choose to cancel the purchase and recieve a full refund. Back ordered items are kept open for 30 days. We strive to get your items shipped to you as soon as possible, and only list items we have on hand. Shipment will be either USPS, DHL, UPS or FedX. Some larger items will ship via DHL or UPS Ground service. Orders are generally shipped on the day after full payment has cleared.

We allow a return for a refund within 30 days from date of purchase. All returns must include all original items , unused, undamaged, in re-saleable condition, with all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back. There will be a 20% restocking fees for all returns. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and report any shipping related damage to us immediately.
Most items carries a 1 year warranty with us and we are in no way affilliated with the manufacturer of any name brands mentioned in this listing. Warranty will be void if the item has been misused or abused. Services defines abuse as, but not limited to, burnt voice coils (blackened, no continuity, melted adhesives, coil separated from the former, etc.) punctured or damaged surrounds, broken speaker terminals, non-PPI modifications, bent, chipped or broken frames, ripped spiders , damaged back plates, or water/flood damage. Any items submitted with any of the above will be considered out of warranty. |
