Nothing is for sale here. I just want to tell you my insane success story selling houses on eBay.

The above pictured house is an actual house that I just sold on eBay. I have 10 years of 100% feedback on eBay and this is a 100% true story.

I got $3,500 cash in my pocket AND I'm getting $300/month positive cash flow...and someone else gets the headache of the house!

I'll never swing a hammer or paint a wall again...but I'm doing very well selling ugly houses on eBay!

This isn't a one time thing either.  I've been successfully selling houses on eBay for a couple years.

Here's how I set up my deals on eBay:

The bidding always starts at $1 BUT the bidding is for the DOWN PAYMENT and I finance the rest. No Banks are needed. It works great for ugly houses, and with a couple tweaks to the system it works well for pretty houses too.

Each listing I put on eBay gets a minimum of a whopping 1,000 views (individual visitors)!
