Movie description
This double feature contains the following films from legendary horror directors John Carpenter and Stuart Gordon: CIGARETTE BURNS: In horror expert John Carpenter's film, a wannabe film producer named Kirby Sweetman obsesses over a lost cinematic treasure. Called LE FIN ABSOLUE DU MONDE, the film was supposedly only screened one time because its premiere turned the movie theatre into a madhouse of killing and violence. As Kirby goes to great lengths to track down this notorious film, he starts to have hallucinations of dangerous proportions. Will the rumors surrounding the film destroy him, or will he find it in time to kill hundreds with the celluloid weapon? DREAMS IN THE WITCH HOUSE: After renting a room in a spooky old house, graduate student Walter Gilman finds that his new home proves quite distracting to his studies. While slaving away at his thesis, Walter is haunted by nightmarish images of a rat creature with a human face, and a female demon begging for blood.
