• We will ship to the continental U.S. and IF LISTED, internationally, please review our ship to locations for the particular listing you are interested in
• Postal fees cover all handling fees including: packing, materials, warehousing, distribution, order handling and processing cost

• ALL returning shipping cost will be responsibility by buyer under all circumstances

• Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer
• Please check with your country's custom office to determine what these additional charges will be prior to bidding /buying
• These charges are normally collected by delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick up the item - please DO NOT confuse them with additional shipping charges

Policies

Our items are guaranteed to be in good working condition at the receipt of purchase. If there are any problems, please contact us immediately so we can offer a replacement or a refund of the item. Replacements and refunds will only be given to items found in unsatisfactory condition.

To inquire about a refund or exchange please Contact Us. Each item that qualifies for a refund or an exchange will need an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) to accompany the item. RMA# expires 7 days from the date issued, please have the return package postmarked within 7 days of receiving RMA#. This number can be acquired by contacting our Customer Service Team. Upon receiving the RMA#, please return the item and we will provide you with an exchange or a full refund minus shipping costs.

NOTE: All items returned should be in original packaging with all accessories, paperwork, and contents originally sent with the item.
