We will only accept returns only for defective items or for items which are significantly of different quality than stated in the auction.  All sales are final. Returns of defective equipment are limited to replacement of the item with a like or similar product.  Return freight is the responsibility of the purchaser.

**Warranties for new equipment are as stated in the individual auction.  Within 30 days of purchase, defective products will be replaced with a pre-approved return.   Beyond 30 days, the warranty is serviceable through the manufacturer.  Some manufacturer's warranties may not be honored internationally.

***All of our auctions for used equipment carry a 30 day working guarantee. For 30 days, if the unit is faulty, your bid will be refunded (not including shipping charges) upon return of the item in it's shipped condition.
