Ultimately, it is the Buyer's responsibility to send this information to me. Printed items can not be completed until ALL necessary information is received and proof is APPROVED.

Once payment has cleared and all required information has been received  I will begin your design. I will then email you the proof for review and approval within 24-48 hours.

Additional pictures or children can be added to 1 same design for $1.00 per child/image.

Please check regularly your Inbox, Bulk & Spam Box for your proof email.

 You will not receive proof until payment has been received and cleared. 

There will be a $5.00 fee per picture change after a proof has been made- this includes changing picture to a previous one, so please be 100% happy on your photo choice to avoid this fee.  After proof is APPROVED, OK'd and/ or ACCEPTED,   NO changes will be accepted.

Remeber:  You are paying for my time to design your party invitation. I maintain the copyright on all of my designs. The digital file that I provide you for this auction is to be used strictly for personal reasons and not to be used in conjunction with any resale of the design or elements within that design. It is very important to note that for copyright restrictions on the Characters only permits graphics to be used for one time only personal use such as birthday parties. Not all photo labs are aware of this policy and if you have issues with a photo lab refusing to print for you, just go to another local photo lab or print at home yourself.

I'm a "Stay at Home Mom" of 2 gorgeous and healthy boys, so I do not have specific working hours. I try to check for messages at least twice a day Mondays-Fridays.

I do the mayority of my work either early in the morning or at night after the boys are in bed.

Messages, Orders and Approvals received from Friday afternoon - Sunday will be worked Monday.  Holidays are off days.
