This is a preowned Thomas the Tank Train Engine Sodor Cargo Transfer.  The cargo transfer piece is in good condition with minor play wear as shown in the photos. The bottom of the cargo transfer states Guillane (Thomas)Ltd. 2001.
 
Turn the red knob on the crain and it can magnetically pick up cargo items or even trains.  Turn the red knob on the base and the crain translates above the tracks. It is really cute and great addition to a train track.
