PAYMENT

EBay implemented new rules in October 2008 that no longer allow sellers to accept paper payment methods. PayPal is now the only payment method I can accept under eBay policy. For auction listings, please make sure to pay via PayPal within 7 days of auction's end. Friendly payment reminders will be sent at 3 days and 6 days following auction's end. If after 7 days payment has not been received, an unpaid item dispute will be filed with eBay.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please be aware that the purchase price does not cover customs fees, import tax fees, or any other government charges assessed during shipment.

RETURN POLICY

I offer a generous 30-day return policy for U.S. buyers. If you are dissatisfied at any time during the first 30 days after you receive your item, simply return it for an exchange/refund. If I have another of the same item in stock, I will exchange the item. If I do not have another of the same item, I will issue you a refund.

If the return is due to an error on my part or a defect with the product, I will cover all your costs, including return shipping. In the event of an exchange, I will send the replacement at no cost to you and will also issue a refund to cover the cost of return shipping. In the event of a refund, you will receive a full refund including purchase price, standard original shipping, and return shipping. (Only basic shipping costs are covered. Unfortunately, I cannot offer a full refund of expedited shipping, unless it is a case of extreme seller error. Please see below for further information on which shipping costs qualify for reimbursement.)

However, please understand that if the return is due to buyer remorse or failure to read all of the auction terms (or any other reason that is not seller error or product defect), I will only be able to refund the purchase price, minus either a $3 or 5% restocking fee (whichever is greater). In addition, all shipping and handling costs will be the buyer's responsibility. For this reason, please make sure you read and understand all of the auction terms before bidding! If you have a question at any time, please contact me BEFORE placing a bid. Bids will not be canceled on account of not reading or understanding the auction terms (see "miscellaneous" below).

I will not accept returns of items damaged during shipment if buyer chooses to waive insurance fee. (This includes DVDs that come loose in the case during shipment and sustain damage.) Damaged insured items, however, will qualify for a full refund including all shipping costs.

With the exception of damaged insured items, all returned items MUST be in the same condition as received. Any items altered in any way from their original condition will not be accepted. This includes sealed items that have been opened (except when the return is due to product defect). This also includes items damaged during return shipment. For this reason, I recommend purchasing insurance when returning items through the mail. (Insurance on return shipping will not be refunded, however. If you prefer not to cover this cost, I advise packing your item very securely with plenty of padding.)

NOTE ON USED DVDS: No returns will be accepted for problems noted in the item description above. If, however, you experience a major playback problem that is not noted in the listing, you can return the DVDs at no cost to yourself (as long as the return is initiated within 30 days of receiving the item). I will refund your entire purchase price, including standard original shipping and return shipping, or I will exchange the item and reimburse the cost of return shipping. Major playback problems are defined as freezing or major skipping. Extremely minor skips or pauses that last for one second or less do NOT count as major playback problems and do not qualify your item for a return. It is impossible to test for such minor problems without personally watching every second of every DVD. Thus, I cannot guarantee against them.

Please note that I can only refund standard original shipping costs, unless the return is due to extreme seller error. Expedited shipping is provided as a convenience option only, and thus all charges above the cost of standard shipping are nonrefundable. In addition, return shipping will only be refunded in the amount of the cheapest shipping option available (usually Media Mail). If you choose to return your item via a more expensive shipping method (e.g. Priority Mail), you will only be refunded the price of the cheapest method. Lastly, the only extra service to qualify for a refund is delivery confirmation. You will not be reimbursed if you choose to pay for any other extra service (including insurance).

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Due to the very high cost of international shipping, I cannot offer a full refund on either original or return shipping for international orders. I will accept returns within 30 days of receipt, but I will only be able to reimburse the cost of standard domestic shipping, which is usually far less than standard international shipping. If you choose an exchange, you will be required to pay additional shipping costs for the replacement item. International returns are subject to the same restrictions as domestic returns, listed above.

FEEDBACK

Feedback is a big part of what makes eBay a great place to buy and sell. If you are satisfied with your purchase, I encourage you to leave positive feedback for me!

I will leave positive feedback for you as soon as I receive cleared payment. Because I leave feedback so early in the transaction, however, I will only be able to comment on how quickly you paid. If you would like a more full recommendation, please contact me after all aspects of the transaction have been completed, and I will gladly add a follow-up comment for you!

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your transaction, please contact me prior to leaving neutral or negative feedback! It is always my #1 goal to satisfy my customers, and I will do everything possible to resolve any complaints I receive.

Please note that eBay now counts Detailed Seller Ratings (the optional star ratings for sellers) as significantly as normal feedback ratings when factoring a seller's performance. This means that every rating of less than 5 stars can hurt a seller's search visibility, increase a seller's fees, and even lead to account sanctions. I encourage you to be honest in your feedback, but please be aware that although you may consider 4 stars to be a high rating, eBay does not (sellers must maintain a 4.8-star average to qualify for certain discounts). I also encourage you to be mindful of the shipping method you chose when deciding what rating to give in the "Shipping Time" category. Delivery time for standard Media Mail shipping can vary greatly -- sometimes taking as long as 9 business days from the date of shipment -- and that part of the transaction is out of my control.

MISCELLANEOUS

Please note that the term "auction" is used in these terms and conditions to mean any listing of any format, including (but not limited to) both auction and Buy-It-Now formats. Please also note that the term "bid" is used to mean any bid or offer of any kind, including (but not limited to) traditional auction bids, best offers, and purchases via Buy-It-Now.

Please do not contact me requesting that I cancel your bid. It is the buyer's responsibility to read and understand all of the auction terms before bidding. If you have any questions about the auction terms, please contact me BEFORE bidding. I am always happy to answer any questions you might have! When you place a bid, you are entering into a contract to buy the item if you are the winning bidder. If you have a legitimate reason to cancel your bid (e.g. account fraud or accidentally placing a bid much larger than you intended), please contact eBay directly. Purchases made via Buy-It-Now or Best Offer will not be cancelled for any reason. If you experience extenuating circumstances after your purchase, please contact me and we can discuss an extension of the payment deadline. Due to eBay seller fees that cannot be recovered (even when mutually agreeing to cancel), I cannot cancel any purchases. For this reason, please be absolutely sure that you want to purchase an item before choosing Buy-It-Now or making an offer!

Your bid will be blocked if any of the following apply to you: your feedback score is less than zero, you have received two or more unpaid item strikes in the past 6 months, or you have four or more policy violation reports in the past 6 months.
