This is an academic (education) version of the software. It functions EXACTLY THE SAME as the retail version you see in Office Depot or Staples that retails for $499. - How do I know my order has been shipped?
You will receive an email with the tracking number(s) for your order within 24 hours of sending your payment. If you do not receive the email, please check your SPAM folder or verify that you have a valid email address on file with eBay.
- When will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of the receipt of payment, often same day. Orders paid with an eCheck at PayPal will be shipped when the eCheck has cleared which usually takes 3-4 business days.
- Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
We only charge sales tax to customers in the state of Tennessee as required by law. Sales tax for our Tennessee customers is 9.25%.

- What if I run into problems installing the software? Warranty is provided direct through the manufacturer. You can reach Microsoft tech support at 800-642-7676. All Microsoft software we sell includes free tech support from Microsoft.
- What if I can't get the product key to work? The product key is located INSIDE the software package (not on the box top). You will find the product key on an orange sticker on the back of where the CD or DVD is housed. If you are experiencing problems getting the product key to work, please carefully check the product key to differentiate between 8s and Bs. That is the most common problem we have experienced with installation. It's best to have another person type the product key if you are having problems getting it to work. We have not had a single bad product key from any product we have sold in the past year.
- What if the CD or DVD appears not to be readable in my computer? First off, if your software came with a DVD, your regular CD drive will not read it. Be sure you are inserting the media into the appropriate drive. DVDs can be read by DVD-ROM drives, CD-RW/DVD-ROM Combination Drives, and DVD+/-RW Drives. If it appears that the media is bad, Microsoft replaces non-functional CDs or DVDs free of charge. You can reach them at 800-360-7561 to request a replacement. You will have to provide them with the product key of your software.
- How do I open the software box? While that sounds like a dumb question, we get emails asking about it more often than you think. First, remove the sticker that seals the box at 3 o'clock. Second, using a knife, at 12 o'clock, slice the sticker at the two seams located above and below the COA (certificate of authenticity). Third, pull the red ribbon at the top of the box towards 3 o'clock to slide out the box contents to the right.
- Need a CD instead of a DVD? If you received a "format error" message when trying to install your new software, this likely indicates that your PCs drive cannot read the supplied DVD(s) and that a CD(s) is required instead.
