Considering the age, I would grade this Very Good Plus; there are two small taped tears in the front cover. The back cover has a 2x3-inch piece torn from the bottom outer corner. The spine is fully intact showing the title, price, and date, though wrinkled; the covers and pages are all fully attached to the spine, and the pages are all supple, flat, and clean, close to the original off-white color, with no tears, marks, or creases.
