Child's Orange Purple Satin Xiaomiao Blouse Dress USA

 This is a brand new child's blouse or dress that appears to be modern Chinese party clothing. It was made there, but is currently located on a shelf on one of my (overloaded) bookcases.  It looks almost Korean to me, but the tag on the front says Xiaomiao which is about as Chinese as it gets.  The blouse has an elasticized balloon bottom hem, and is bright orange and purple satin.  It's showing as yellow on my screen at the moment, but it's jack o'lantern orange.  The neck and sleeves are embroidered with bright flowers.  The dress has a bow in the front and an attached purple sash and a back zipper.  It's marked a size L and has size equivalents on the tag, none of which I can read not being conversant in Chinese. My guess though is it's around a 6 or 6X, but measure against something that fits your child to make sure.  I haven't had to buy childrens' clothing in over 30 years.  It measures 19 inches from back neck to hem, 14 inches across center back, 16 inches from cuff edge to center back.  The fabric content is marked inside the garment as 100% polyester with a 100% viscose lining.   This could be either a dress or a blouse, depending on the length of the child inside.  In case you're wondering, the sleeves on this are probably too narrow for an adult woman.  The family packrat found this somewhere and it followed her home.  How it got where she found it is anyone's guess.  The only flaw I can find is that it smells like the storage area it was found in.

If this auction includes vintage non-hallmarked jewelry I do not know if it contains lead. (It's illegal to sell jewelry with lead in it in California as of March 1 2008, so this disclaimer has to be added.) 

I hate to have to add this...but...  If you do not intend to pay, please do not bid. The only non-paying bidders I've encountered have all been new to Ebay and didn't really understand that a bid is a binding contract.  We all have to start somewhere, but if you are a beginner please make sure you understand the rules before bidding.
