• Although you should receive your item(s) within 7 days, please allow up to 10 days for delivery.  International deliveries are usually made in 7-14 days but may take longer due to customs.   Note that countries of Italy, Brazil, Canada and others can take 3 weeks or more due to slow customs.

• Return requests must be submitted in writing to shaverstore@yahoo.com.   When writing us, you MUST include your eBay user name and the date of purchase.   We will review your request for return and reply to your email with return instructions and an return authorization number if granted.  Any returns sent to us without a valid return authorization number will be refused.
