You are looking at the skirt for the Disney Costume, "Kim Possible the Cheerleader". It is an XS, which according to the Disney Sizing Chart, that is equal to a Size 4T (3-4 years old), that weighs 33-37 pounds and is 38"-42" in height. The whole skirt is made of rhinestone and it is just beautiful! It is mainly purple with gold and red accent colors. It comes with the built in under garments, and an elastic waist. It is from The Disney Store and could be used for a Halloween Costume or other things, such as play dressing. Please see more pictures below.

MEASUREMENTS:

Waist measured straight across: 10", so about a 20" waist

Length: A little over 11" in length

The Complete Kim Possible Cheerleader Costume usually has 2 more pieces to it, but I only have the skirt. It normally has a matching rhinestone shirt and gold pom poms. If you can't find the shirt, you could use a white shirt and find some gold pom poms at a dollar store maybe. Or it could just be used as a cheerleader costume. Just a few ideas :)
