My Terms and Conditions
I try and describe all items to the best of my ability, so PLEASE ASK all questions PRIOR to bidding.
I am NOT a dealer and I might miss an important detail. Items come from a smoke free home here, some
items come from estate sales. Once an auction or buy it now ends, payment is expected within 7 days.
I welcome Paypal.
Payment reminders will be sent through E-bay automatically, after that date has expired, If no payment is
received, non-paying bidder status will be filed with E-bay. Most orders are shipped within (3) business
days after the receipt of payment.
I do most shipping through the USPS, when items are shipped you will receive an email stating when and
also a tracking number, unless it is international. If you have special circumstances that require immediate
or faster shipping, please contact me to discuss a reprioritization. Once an item is received if you are
not happy PLEASE contact me, as I will try to make you satisfied. I ALWAYS welcome pleasant e-mail inquiries as to
the status of your order. Customer satisfaction is paramount! If the buyer has any issues at all, I prefer
that they contact me first to work out the issue PRIOR to leaving derogatory comments (as per E-bay rules).
I do give refunds on items when they arise, error on my part, but not on shipping, so please ask questions.
