  •  Grading coins can be subjective. I use the American Numismatic Grading reference book which gives visual suggestions to the condition of the coin. While not perfect, hopefully it will give you a reference point on the condition of the coin.

       These pictures are of the actual coin. Please use your judgement when purchasing.

  • Satisfaction Guaranteed: If within (7) seven business days your are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item for a refund. The coins will be housed in a small 2x2 cardboard flip. Coins removed from this holder will not be eligible for a refund. Buyer will pay the return shipping fee.

 

  • Contact Information: Please email me through Ebay. Use the information on this page to initiate process. Emails will be responded to within the same day.

 

  • Payment: Payment must be made within 7 days. Paypal is the preferred payment method.
  •  Once payment is received, your order will be shipped the next business day. Business days are Monday thru Friday.  

 

  •  Packing  your Order:  Coins will be a cardboard flip. They will be packaged in a cardboard safety mailer, and then placed in a bubble wrapped envelope and sealed. An invoice will also be placed within that envelope.  

 

  • Shipping your Order and Fees:   Your coins will be shipped with the United States Postal Service (USPS). They will be shipped out in First Class Mail. The suggested shipping time is 5-10 business days.
  • Your shipping charge is only $2.50 for your coin. There are no additional charges for any more coins. So if you purchase 100 or more it won't cost you anymore than the initial $2.50.
  • You have up to (5) Five days to make additional purchases. We will combine your purchase and adjust the shipping charge. Please, make sure you don't complete each order before we can invoice you with the proper amount. Adjustments cannot be made after the fact.
  • In ordering Coin Supplies, the higher shipping fee will be used and a small additonal fee per item will be added. This is due primarily do to the extra weight of these items. Coins purchased with supplies will be included at no extra charge, only multiple supplies will show the small additonal item fee.  Please let me invoice you so in insure the proper amount billed. 
  • Priority Mail,  will be used with Coin Supplies.  Usually takes a few days less to arrive vs First Class.
