This sweet pair of BLOOMER / Panty Covers, Size Pre-Teen Girl, 12 Year is soooo        feminine!  Made from delicate white poly / cotton. Wide white embroidered lace trims             the legs, white roses accent  the side of each leg.  These bloomers have an elastic pull on waist (23" unstretched) and elastic leg openings.
