New 2 Year / 2T Pink poly cotton BLOOMERS Below Knees

This sweet pair of BLOOMER / Panty Covers, Size 24 Month / 2 Toddler is soooo feminine!  Made of delicate pink poly / cotton.  Wide white embroidered lace trims the legs, a pink rose accents the side of each leg.  These bloomers have an elastic pull on waist ( 18" unstretched) and elastic leg openings.
