Movie description
A distracted professor invents an anti-gravity goo called Flubber that makes anything it's applied to lighter-than-air, including the family flivver and the balls at the school's basketball game. MacMurray couldn't be better in patented Disney fare. Sequel is Son of Flubber. Academy Award Nominations: 3, including Best (Black-and-White) Cinematography (though the film later was colorized).

The cover of my video is different from the one pictured above. EBAY no longer provides a stock photo of my edition and I don't own a digital camera.

A COLLECTOR'S ITEM for Disney fans and Disneyana collectors.

This is the original video release of THE ABSENT MINDED PROFESSOR (probably around 1982 or 1983). It has the SORCERER'S APPRENTICE Walt Disney Home Video LOGO on the top of the packaging with the absent minded professor and his dog on the bottom of the packaging over a white background.

The video's packaging even notes "FOR SALE ONLY, not intended for rental."

Video Code 28VS.
