WE DO NOT PACK AND PREP FREIGHT ITEMS FOR SHIPMENT. WE ARE NOT A WAREHOUSE AND DO NOT HAVE THE FACILITIES TO DO SUCH THINGS. IT IS BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO ARRANGE FOR PICK UP AND DELIVERY OF LARGE ITEMS THAT ARE FREIGHT.
HANDLING FEES:
WE NORMALLY DO NOT CHARGE A HANDLING FEE. BUT AT TIMES WE MAY FIND IT NECESSARY TO DO SO DEPENDING ON THE TYPE OF ITEM WE ARE SHIPPING.
INSURANCE IS REQUIRED ON ALL IF NOT MOST OF OUR ITEMS:
EVEN THOUGH AN ITEM IS NOT A BREAKABLE, THE POSTAL SERVICE DOES LOSE PACKAGES. THIS FEE IS MEANT TO PROTECT YOUR ITEM AND OUR SALE FROM LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT IS BEYOND OUR OR YOUR CONTROL. WITH ALL THE EBAY CHANGES LATELY, WE MUST CONTINUE TO CHARGE INSURANCE ON OUR ITEMS.
We pack VERY carefully & do our best to assure your merchandise arrive undamaged. We can't be accountable for items lost or damaged in shipping after they leave our hands; but will certainly offer assistance should a claim be necessary. Items are wrapped and packed extremely well to avoid having to file a claim.
If an item has optional insurance, it is buyer's repsonsibility to purchase insurance. Seller will not be responsible for lost or damaged items.
SELLER WILL ADD INSURANCE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION:
AT TIMES SELLER MAY FIND IT NECESSARY TO ADD SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. IF NEEDED; PLEASE WAIT FOR SELLER TO SEND AN INVOICE. SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION WILL BE REQUIRED ON ALL ITEMS COSTING OVER $150.00, SO IF YOU PURCHASE SUCH AN ITEM PLEASE WAIT FOR SELLER TO SEND YOU AN INVOICE.
Seller will be happy to assist buyer with insurance claims should they become necessary. The buyer is the person who must file the claim with the postal office, since they purchased the insurance and have the damaged package. If the item is lost buyer can file the lost paperwork at their local post office seller will be happy to comply with all claims by sending all the required paperwork to the buyer in a timely manner. If buyer insists that seller file the claim any and all damaged items, including all labels, the original box and packing materials must all be returned to seller at buyer's expense. After seller files the claim and captures the funds from the postal service, then a refund will be mailed or given to the buyer. The same goes for lost packages.
FEEDBACK:
We will always leave feedback for our buyers after they leave it for us. That is how we know a buyer is happy with our service and items. Please, if there is a problem contact us before leaving feedback so we can discuss. We strive to provide great customer service, but can't if buyer does not communicate with us.
Understand that we are only human and that mistakes do happen from time-to-time. Also, matters involving shipping are not caused by us, so bear these things in mind when you leave your feedback.

REFUNDS:
We do have a 7-day money back refund policy should you be unhappy with your item, but you must contact us first to discuss your dissatisfaction. If an item is returned to us in the same condition as sold and with original packing materials and labels a refund will be given minus a 10% re-stocking fee. Please know that return shipping of unwanted items is buyer's responsiblity and original shipping fees are not refundable.
