Brand New and Super Sexy This adorable top is flirty and flattering. Perfect over your favorite skirt, jeans or even dressy slacks. Beautiful empire peasant styling with elastic gathering around the back of the neck and sleeves. Nice back tie. Just the perfect length to hide those problem hip areas. Deep beautiful black with white filigree and polka dot print. Very comfy forgiving fabric. 60% polyester, 35% rayon, 5% spandex. Machine wash. You're going to love this top and may even want it in the other color! Brand tags have been removed to prevent store returns. Tag Size: 18/20 New condition.
