TNM Outdoors wants you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem please contact us before leaving feedback so that we can make it right. "We do care" and consistently go out of our way to please our customers!!
Our business hours are Monday -Friday 9am to 5pm CST.
If you have a question about a product we carry, that cannot be answered by viewing the manufacturers website, please contact us thru the eBay message system. We answer most questions within 24 hours Monday -Friday. We do not work weekends so please be patient.

To better serve our valued customers we ship from several warehouses located through out the USA. Generally all items ship within 1-3 business days after payment has been received.
Payment Terms
Payment is expected within 3 days of purchase by PayPal or Credit Card. If something happens and you are not able to make payment within this time period, please contact us. We can work with you.
We charge 5% sales tax for all sales to Wisconsin.
All items are in stock at the time of listing. On the rare occasion that an item would be out of stock you would be notified immediately and given the option of a back order or an immediate refund. If we do not have an ETA for a particular item we will refund your payment right away.
Returns
TNM Outdoors will accept returns of unwanted items in new re-saleable condition less S&H and a 10% re-stocking charge. There is no re-stocking charge if the item is being exchanged for another similar item.
Blister packaged items cannot be returned once opened unless defective. All returns must be complete with packing slip and all original factory paper work and packaging.
All returns require prior authorization.
We cannot accept returns of Rifle Scopes, Dot Sights, Gunsights or Bow Sights if they have been mounted or scratched.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs to us plus any exchange shipping costs back to them. Defective items will be given a full refund or exchange.
Shipping Notes:
Shipping labels are printed using your ship to address shown in PayPal or Credit Card. Information is imported when the label is printed. Please make sure that your information is up to date. We will not be held responsible for items sent to an incorrect or outdated address. You will be charged again for shipping if we have to re-ship your package.
Email item shipped notices are sent thru eBay and PayPal Shipping. Please check your junk or spam mail if you do not receive them before contacting us.
All packages that are returned to us marked as refused will be charged a 15% fee and shipping costs.
Domestic Shipping
We ship packages using USPS, UPS and sometimes Fedex depending upon where the item ships from. See item description for shipping details.
We will combine shipping on most multiple purchases whenever possible to save you money. Items that ship from different locations do not qualify for combined shipping. Please see the ship from location for the item(s) you are purchasing to determine if we can combine shipping.
