These coins are from an original 1941 Proof Set. They were removed from the original baggies and sent out for grading. PCGS graded them as PR65, and as you can verify, the Certification Numbers are sequential.

All shipping includes insurance. Shipping within the U.S is free. All international, including Canada, will be sent Standard Flat Rate International at a cost of $24.99.
