Returns: If item does not work or is missing pieces, then either item will be replaced or money back will be given...buyer responsible to ship item back at their cost.  Insurance required for items damaged in shipping.  We are not responsible for packaging torn by the delivery company.

If you change your mind and want to return your item within 7 days in perfect condition, we will accept the return but you are only refunded your purchase price, not any of the shipping costs.

NOTE:  Video games and movies are not returnable once opened unless they do not work.  We will determine if they are in working condition upon return before issuing any refund or exchange.
