Butterfly Fairies from Country Artists is a marvelous collectible line of wonderfully detailed fairies and friends. Created by sculptor Vanessa Julian-Ottie, they reflect that magical place where fairies thrive.
Best Friends features
2 beautiful young fairy girls. The
older fairy girl is sitting on a
purple flower bloom and is trying to put some
tiny flowers in her hair. She is wearing a
flowing dress of
coral pink, lavendar, and light green and is wearing
pointed lavendar shoes. In her hair is a
headband of
very small flowers. She has gorgeous blue and black wings with yellow accents. The
younger fairy girl has her
arms wrapped around the older fairy girl's neck and is
gazing adoringly at her. She is wearing an
orange and yellow dress with a
light green slip peeking out underneath and
yellow shoes. She has
burnt-orange wings with
black spots. The base is a
light tan book with the words,
Best Friends, on the spine.
Best Friends is a
remarkably detailed piece and measures approximately
3-3/4" tall, 3-1/4" wide, and approximately 3" deep. The
colors are soft and the piece has a
lovely softness about it. The piece comes in its
original box with a small
tent card for display and a
Butterfly Fairies brochure from 2005. The item is
piece number CA04723.
This piece is in
brand new and has has only been removed for inspection and photographs. Please email me if you have any
