Tall clear cologne. Rose with stem and leaves on three panels - fourth panel plain for label. Nothing embossed on base. Square, clear ( will turn amethyst with exposure to sunshine), blown in mold, tooled lip. Large lip chip on one side otherwise good condition. 8 15/16 inches by 1 11/16 inches square. I dug this in a surface dump behind a local house and thought it was too good to leave even with the damage. Displays OK - if center rose is up front the chip is on the rear.
