Incredible Hulk #181 PGX 9.4 1st Key Comparible to CGC

These books have been in my possession for many years now.  I have enjoyed them thoroughly, but, it is time now to pass these on to others, so they can enjoy them too.  I’m looking for a comic book fanatic who will take good care of these nice authentic books. 

Up for auction is super key issue of Incredible Hulk #181 PGX 9.4 Off-White to White Pages.  This issue is the debut in 11/1974 of Wolverine in the Marvel Universe. The movie soon to be out and this book is a must-have item for all.  The Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide has shown a steady increase in value each and every year update since the late 1980's on this Incredible Hulk #181. At a solid grading of PGX 9.4, this particular book is a sure investment grade that will endure any economic state, good time or bad.

 There are less of these high grade issues than there are fans of this character and key book; so get it while it is still available in obtainable pricing.
