2009. Our Policy for Auctions,  Buy Now & ebay store Sales Policy: By placing your bid you agree that you have read, understand and accept all content in this Please bid carefully. If this happens we will file non-paying bidder report, file for final value fee credits with eBay, and leave an ebay strike for the transaction. Payments: We accept Credit cards through PayPal, e-check through PayPal are handled by PayPal just as a check would and are not cleared for 3-4 business days. Timely payment is your responsibility. If a payment goes beyond the (7) day period after the auction has passed, we will contact ebay and open up a non paying ebay transaction for late payment or non-payment. We strictly follow eBays Non-Paying bidder policies. Returns: All sales are final. Some items have a return policy and in this case the item must be returned in same condition as shipped within 7 days. And credit will be issued within 30 days. A 20% restock fee will be charged and shipping costs both forward and returned are non refundable. All returned items must be shipped insured.  Shipping and Handling Details: Shipment will be USPS Parcel Post or Priority mail our choice. Note: Parcel post shipments are slow and have taken 2-4 weeks especially during the holiday or busy seasons. If you want to receive your item faster choose Priority mail this in most cases will take 3-5 business days plus 2-3 business days for us to process your order and have the shipper pick up. Most orders ship within (3 - 5) business days after your payment is cleared. If it is a custom made or finished item. Theses items will take 3-5 weeks to finish plus shipping time.  We ship Mondays thru Fridays. All shipped items will only be shipped to address that is listed on your paypal checkout we can not ship to another address. Make corrections prior to check out regarding shipping address and shipping choice. We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected shipment. Insurance is required on most of our items as well as a delivery confirmation, this protects both us as the seller and you as the buyer from a potentially negative experience if a package is lost or damaged. We will not be responsible for any item once it is handed over to the United States Postal Service it is now there responsibility to deliver this item to the addressee in a timely fashion and in undamaged condition. if there is no insurance on an item and your item is lost or damaged you are not covered by us or the usps. USPS insurance is the option of the buyer in some items and the buyer must pay for the additional cost. Insurance is sold by the USPS and is governed by there policies. If your item is lost of damaged you must file a claim with the usps we will assist you if you have questions however you must contact and settle the loss or damage with the carrier. Some of our items have free shipping, however we do pay for shipping and if this item is returned and a refund is issued we will deduct the cost of shipping the item to you and will not refund the shipping costs back to us.
