What is your return policy?

If the item is damaged during shipping or has a problem with it, we will exchange it as long as the item is shipped back to us within 10 days of the buyer receiving it. If we cannot exchange or repair an item, we will issue a refund.

Yes, we always combine shipping. Let us know if you are bidding on more than one item so we can adjust the invoice. You can bid on as many auctions as you wish but combined shipping only applies to auctions won within 7 days of the first auction won.

All orders are shipped out of our warehouse. We strive to get your order out to you as fast as possible. Our Warehouse is open Monday to Friday and is closed on holidays. All orders will be handled as soon as posible, usually within 3 business days

For U.S. Shipments: Due to Homeland Security, shipments to the United States do not always arrive in a timely manner. We cannot control which items are held for inspection at the border or for Canada Post / USPS postal times.

Most U.S.shipments take between 2 to 3 weeks to arrive. Please be patient.
