Items purchased from ActionVillage Auctions may be picked up in our will call storefront but are still subject to all quoted shipping and handling fees.

ActionVillage wants you to be happy with your purchase. We have done the best job that we can describing and photographing our items, but sometimes we overlook something. If the item you receive is somehow other than described please contact us and we will do what we can to correct the situation.

Many items are sold with a manufacturer's warranty, unless otherwise stated, and they will be able to assist you with the operation or repair of defective items. Please contact us, and we will help you contact the manufacturer should the need arise. We can not accept returns on any altered or Modified products including paintball guns.

Open or used products returned to ActionVillage will be subject to a restocking fee to be determined upon receipt us. This restocking fee will vary depending on the condition of the returned merchandise. Merchandise that has been used and/or shows signs of wear and tear will be subject to a 7-80% restocking fee. Use is defined as any attempts to install, fire, wear, wash, or ride. Please contact us for a return authorization number.

You may return most merchandise within 30 days of the original invoice date. Certain products may not be returned for any reason, including altered or modified products, custom jerseys, undergarments, batteries, and any washed or worn apparel item.

If you are satisfied with your purchase, we would very much appreciate your feedback and we thank you in advance.

ActionVillage will contact all winning buyers within two business days (Monday through Friday) of auction close. Payment will be accepted anytime between auction close and the end of ten business days. ActionVillage will contact any winning bidders who have not paid within that period of time. Feel free to ask questions concerning our auctions at any time. We will do our best to answer all inquiries within one business day.
