Three very soft full layers of tulle netting with a white elastic waist.
I do not make these tutus.
Approx. 12 inches long
Fits ages 6 months to approx. 10 yrs.
Waist starts at 16 inches and stretches up to 28 inches.
Great for dress-up, dance & photos!
