KDM is NOT responsible for any delays in shipping time due to border inspections. These fees are not part of the Shipping and Handling Fees collected by KDM. USPS Priority International shipping time is 6-10 days and tracking may not be provided outside of the US.

Warranty/Return Policy: KDM offers a return period of 3 days from the date of receipt. Most items KDM sells are covered by the Manufacture Warranty. Purchaser should contact the manufacturer for any warranty information, prior to requesting a RMA (Return Material Authorization). Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in original packaging and resalable. Special order items may not be returned. Opened and/or used unsealed DVD's, CD's, and cartography are not returnable unless defective and may only be returned for replacement. Units requiring service either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. International sales are NOT returnable. Products received without an RMA number will be returned to sender. The buyer is responsible for all Shipping costs. Returns are not allowed for Buyers Remorse.
