You will receive 5 Plastic Fairy Toppers, Tinkerbell and 4 Other Fairy Friends. Each plastic topper measures approximately 2" 1/2- 3" tall. On the bottom of each figure is an embossed flower pattern stamp. Using the enclosed green flower petal ink pad, press each figure's bottom stamp to create pretty flower patterns. Great for adorning your cake and then use the figures for play and craft time after the cake is served. I will EMAIL (to your paypal email you use to pay with) upon shipping, a FULL color picture with an instruction/decorating guide, cake cutting guide and step by step instructions to make this cake-this is important- as it would be very hard to make this without these instructions! Or you can simply use the figures to adorn your own cake or store bought cake, making any design you prefer. I combine shipping...just do buy it now on ALL the items you need, then don't pay, but request an invoice. I will then send a combined invoice on all the items with one shipping charge based on the final weight of all your items. Fast Will My Order Ship?- I understand the
urgency for party items but please let me know date you need them for, so I can
work with you. Getting your order ready for the PO may take me upto a week, so
if you need your items for a party within a few days to a week-EMAIL ME-so I can
ship your items out quick! Do not just leave a memo in the paypal memo portion
as I sometimes do not see those. I also send an email after you pay to your
PAYPAL email, not your EBAY email to request date you need, so please reply to
this so I know when to ship. I can't be held responsible if you have an invalid
paypal email and do not get my emails with the shipping
information.
I also email you when the
item has shipped, so PLEASE read this carefully as it explains the shipping
details. The delivery confirmation number if used for your package WILL NOT
update until it reaches your PO, it is NOT scanned when it leaves my PO.
Please be aware that US
Priority takes 2-3 BUSINESS days and First Class and Airmail can take
5-10 BUSINESS days from the time I drop off your package to the Post Office
until the time it reaches you. I can't be responsible for slow shipping through
USPS, sometimes they run fast other times slow-especially during holidays,
weekends and vacation times. International shipping is very unpredictable
I have seen anywhere of 5 days to 1 month, so plan ahead!
Need Items Quick- Please let me know if you need your
item for a certain date, via a separate email after you pay, do not leave the
memo in the paypal as sometimes I do not see this until too late, I can ship it
out ASAP if needed quickly, but I must know.

Payment- I
must have payment within 7 days per eBay policies. Let me know if you have a
problem, as I can work with you if I know what is going on. I file a
NonPayingBidder-NPB notice at 7 days and will file for a Final Fee at 10 days.
Paypal-Credit Card, Debit Card and Balance Transfer- This is the most secure way to pay for your auction with your Credit Card. This is an instant payment. Pay through the invoice I send you from ebay, or the ebay auction site or from your paypal account. I will email you a confirmation of your payment and mailing status to your direct email as listed with Paypal, not thru ebay email. Please make sure it is correct or working as I do not have the time to look up your correct email if it comes back to me invalid, the same goes for spam blockers. Paypal eCheck- This is for those of you who do not use credit cards and want paypal to deduct the amount from your checking account. This is NOT AN INSTANT PAYMENT-I will ship your item when the echeck/debit card clears 4-5 days later- no exceptions! Combining Shipping-this with other auction
items-I would love to combine
shipping on multiple items. Just do the buy it nows on all the items you
need, AND DON'T pay, just continue to do the buy it nows without paying. When
you are done with all the items you need request an invoice using the link
through the auction page, this way I can send you a correct invoice for your
items as ebay totals shipping incorrectly and much too high.
I base shipping
on the final weight of all your items and a small handling fee so I give you the
fairest shipping price possible. I am sorry but I am unable
to quote you shipping before you do the buy it nows, as I get over 200 emails a
day. If you notice my feedback I
must be doing something right as I have not had anyone complaining over high
shipping charged to them.
International Orders-International
orders take 5-15 days although this is just an estimate, sometimes packages have
taken upto 6 weeks although this is very rare. I can't be held responsible
for delays. I can ship quicker Priority and Express ask me for shipping costs.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price
or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. Local
Pickups- I am available for local pickups, email me for a time
that I will be home. I can also inflate the helium balloons for you for a
nominal charge $.25 for small latex and mylars, and $.50 for large mylar
balloons, adding coordinating ribbon and balloon weights. For larger parties I
can coordinate a drop off for a nominal delivery charge.
Feedback- I leave all feedback left for
me, I have an automatic system, when feedback is left for me, it will return for
you.
Refunds- Sorry but no refunds or returns if you change
your mind or not as expected-this is to ensure that you receive a Brand New
product from my bakery. I try the best to describe each item exactly-please
email for your questions prior to bidding.
