To figure up the combined shipping rates, take the highest single shipping rate and add this to each additional shipping rate. To obtain the discount shipping rate, divide the dollar value in half. Example 6.95 would cost 3.95. if the dollar value is 7.95 half of 7 is 3 1/2. We would then round up to 4.95.

Normally orders are shipped within 24 hours of being paid. Monday-Friday. We do not ship orders on the weekends. If a size is needed, we normally have to wait for your response to our size request.

We answer questions as quickly as possible. We only answer messages Monday-Friday. Monday is by far the busiest day and we might not be able to get to all of them that day. Should you want a faster response please call us at 888-429-1913.

UPS Ground Shipping Terms: We will make every attempt to ship all items within 2 business days of cleared payment. All UPS Domestic Ground shipments include insurance up to the full amount of your winning bid(s) at no additional charge to you. Orders sent via UPS Ground will automatically generate an email upon shipment that includes your tracking number and estimated delivery. If you don't receive it please check your junk folder. An email will not be sent until the item actually ships.

For AK, HI, US Territories and APOs: Shipment will be made via USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise stated in the auction. These shipments include delivery confirmation only - insurance is available. Orders sent via Priority Mail will automatically generate an email upon shipment that includes your tracking number and estimated delivery. Please allow 2-3 business days to arrive from the date of shipping, unless other wise stated.

Please Note: The Billing Address is the address at which you receive your credit card statement. Please makes sure you enter your Billing Address exactly as it appears on your statement. Firstcall Paintball wants you be happy with your purchase. All of our products are brand new from the factory in factory packaging(unless otherwise stated). We will gladly exchange a defective or damaged item, as long as it is in new, unused condition and still in factory packaging. All exchanges require an approval. Please email returns@firstcallpaintball.com or call 888-429-1913 to receive proper instructions and a RA#(return authorization #). We will not accept any package that doesn't have a RA# on the outside of the box. All of our markers come with at least a 30 day parts and labor warranty. Most of our markers come with a one year parts and labor warranty - please contact the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement.
