Tourmaline
Tourmaline is the traditional birthstone for the month of  March.  Received its name from the Dutch import in 1703 from Sri Lanka to Europe. They gave a Sinhalese name “Turamali” mean stone with mix colors. Tourmaline are found in many color. Rubellite red to pink some time a violate tint, ruby color is the most valuable.  Indicolite blue in all shades. Siberite lilac to
violet blue. Verdelite green in all shade. And more color name Yellow Tourmaline Pink Tourmaline. One color combination with a pink center and a green outer rim is called "watermelon" tourmaline. Combines those colorsin a single gemstone called
