The U.S.-based K-Paz de la Sierra is one of the more prominent Duranguense bands around, and their 2008 live album EN VIVO DESDE EL AUDITORIO NACIONAL shows why. Energetic, hooky, and danceable, K-Paz de la Sierra electrify their audience in this impressive concert. Like most Duranguense bands, K-Paz de la Sierra have a heavy emphasis on horns and synths, but the passionate vocals and infectious melodies are the heart of their appeal. A bonus DVD makes this set all the more attractive.
