Although every effort has been made to test all parts prior to shipping, if for some reason you do have a problem, then please contact the seller and once it is established that the part is DOA (Dead On Arrival), only then will a replacement part will be sent. If there is any doubt as to whether the part is DOA or not ( if the part sent has the same problem / fault as the part being replaced ) then the buyer must return the part to be tested.

This includes parts that worked on install but later developed a fault providing it is reported in your 30 day warranty period

If the returned unit is tested and found to be NOT  faulty, then 30% of the purchase price will be deducted in any refunds.

The DOA guarantee covers malfunctioning / defective parts only. It does not cover incompatibility issues. Please make sure this item is compatible with your plasma TV before bidding! Thank you! A proven malfunctioning or defective unit will be replaced with an exact match, where available, otherwise a refund will be given !

If a working replacement is offered and / or the buyer no longer wants the item,  then 30% of the purchase price will be deducted in any refunds, as a restocking fee.
