A reserve price is the minimum price the seller will accept. This price is hidden from bidders. To win, a bidder must have the highest bid and have met or exceeded the reserve price.

Cover franked with 44 cent American flag stamp and 3 cent Naval Review stamp. She is now open to the public at the foot of Broadway in San Diego, sponsored by a non-profit carrier vets group. Built toward the end of WWII this proud carrier made six deployments to Vietnam waters between March 1965 and December 1975.
