All work is done on the premises by licensed opticians and we pride ourselves in our workmanship. Accuracy and your satisfaction is our number one priority.

    If you are not satisfied with a particular lens, you can upgrade by paying 50% of the original cost plus the difference.

    Returns:

    We will be happy to exchange any item within 7 days of your receipt of the package. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number before sending an item.

    The item must be in its original packaging and condition. Buyer is responsible for shipping fees both ways. All returns and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and Handling, eBay and PayPal fees are non-refundable.

    We will replace any manufacturer's defects at no charge to you within 7 days of your receipt of the item.
