How do you personalize them? 

• USE YOUR OWN DESIGN - If you have your own design, email it to kaylanmead@windstream.net before the end of the auction and we will let you know if it is possible.  We prefer Adobe Illustrator/EPS files, but we can get almost anything to work- jpeg, Microsoft Word, Tiff, etc. Include your ebay user ID and a valid email where we can send you an art preview for you to approve.

I won the auction - Now What? 
After the listing has ended, you must email us with the following:
     1. Shot color
     2. Imprint color
     3. Font/image or monogram selection #
This information can be included in the PAYPAL NOTES section or in an email.

How long will it take?
We ship UPS Ground which takes 1 to 6 days to deliver.  Standard production time is 10 business days from payment and artwork approval.  Please also account for shipping time.  We will email you your tracking # after it ships
