This auction is for a pet door, By pet safe, ASPCA Approved, I have one and my siamese cat taught my dogs to go in and out. Its that easy for a cat to use also. They are safe and so handy, There is also a video included to show you how to install. The flap opening is 4 1/2" X 7", Plese e-mail me with any questions.

 Q: can you tell me the number of the product? my dog door is a bit bigger opening and I need another one and want to be sure this isn't the same one, just measured differently.
A: Hi, I do not see a product number on here, But it says its for dogs up to 12 pounds. The opening is 4 1/4" x 7" Flap opening. Thank you for e-mailing me.

 Q: Is there any type of security cover or lock that prevents unwanted animals from coming in with this unit?
A: Yes there is, WE have one and we have two small dogs and a cat that uses it, We have never had a problem with other animals. We live out in the country. Thanks for e-mailing me. Carole
