This book is valued at over $20.00 by the 2009 Overstreet Guide in this condition.

This is a copy of Fantastic Four 88, the last 12 cent issue in this title, published by Marvel in August, 1969 and featuring the story "A House There Was!"  This book is in Fine Plus (6.5) condition.

There is a crease/crunch at the top of the spine and there are also some nicks and stress lines at the spine and edges but it's a nice looking Silver Age Marvel!
