If you bid on any of our auctions, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Accept: Internet Transfer, Bank Deposit, Money Order and Check

The successful bidder must complete the sale transaction within 5 working days from the date of the receipt email notification, following the end of sale.

All item prices include GST.

We will contact the winning bidders via e-mail within 24 hours after the auction has ended

All pictures displayed in our auctions are for illustration purposes only.

All descriptions are provided in the best of our knowledge. While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details is unintentional.

We reserve the right to cancel/end the auction earlier.
We do not refund for goods bought. All sales are final.

Shipping:

• Items will be shipped with a courier or Australia Post, a con note/tracking number will be available if you require one.
• No P O Box delivery unless shipping with Australia Post
• Pick up fee of $20 applies to cover transport from our bulk warehouse to retail pick up.
• Where possible multiple auctions can be combined for save on shipping costs

Transit Times:

• Most items ship within 2 business days following the receipt of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery of ground shipments. 

   

  Insurance:

  We will not be held responsible for shipments that are lost, damaged, or take longer than usual unless insurance is paid for at the time of purchase.  These goods are sent express post or courier, any issues with delivery, the buyer is to take it up with them.

Returns Policy:

• NO RETURNS are Accepted for this Listing
• If damaged in transit, application for damage will be lodged but no guarantee on freight company paying it unless insurance is taken out by buyer.

Returns & Exchanges

 Returns:

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items we sell on eBay for any reason. Do not, under any circumstance, refuse shipment of an item or return an item.

Exchanges:

We will exchange an item for an identical one in the event it has defective workmanship at time of receipt of goods. Exchange must be authorised prior to sending goods back at our expense and you will be given an RAN prior to return.  Only goods marked with this number will be accepted by our staff.

Your item will be inspected, if proven to be defective a replacment will be sent at our expense, if not, you will be refunded less shipping costs

We do not refund on change of mind.
