The GSA-4165B DVD±RW/DVD-RAM/CD-RW Multi-Burner drive
does it all! It combines both DVD±R/RW, DVD-RAM and CD-R/RW
drive functions into one drive. The 2MB Buffer memory
and Buffer under-run technology prevents burning errors.
You'll have the best of both worlds: You can watch
movies on your computer monitor, or you can burn photos,
files and other data onto DVD±R, DVD±RW, DVD-RAM, CD-R or CD-RW disks. What
more could you need? Compatible
with all IDE systems such as: Dell, HP, Compaq, IBM,
etc.

Warranty:
- UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE, Items carry a 30 Day Replacement/Credit Guarantee. If
we do not have sufficient quantity of an item to offer a replacement, a credit
will be issued, NO REFUNDS.
- If item is sold AS-IS, there is no warranty, and no returns will be authorized
for any reason.
- If you have questions concerning the warranty of the item, prior to bidding
call us 866-784-4400 during business hours EST.
Returns:
If a warranty product is found to be defective,
or you receive the wrong product, you must notify PC Parts, Inc. by telephone
within 15 days of delivery at (717) 233-3419, Monday through Friday 9am-6pm,
EST. Calling is the fastest way to resolve your product issue, email will delay
processing of your return.
- Returns are for CREDIT only. Credits must be
used within 90 days.
- Products with cosmetic or compatibility issues
may not be returned. Please educate yourself as to what your are purchasing
prior to bidding.
- Return merchandise must be packed in the
original shipping material with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside
of the package.
- All Returns must be received within 15 days of
the RMA date.
- Freight on all returns must be PREPAID.
In order to return a product to PC Parts, Inc.,
you MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) from your
salesperson. This number must be displayed on the outside of the box being
returned. Items returned without an RMA# will be refused and will therefore
cause a delay in processing your return and credit.
Damages:
If you receive a product damaged in transit by
the shipper, you must contact us by telephone within 3 business days of
delivery. Call (717) 233-3419, M-F 9am – 6pm EST. A damage claim will be filed
and we will arrange for the damaged item to be picked up by the original
shipper. A replacement item will be shipped to you. Please note, items sold
"AS-IS" may not be returned for damage.
Additional Terms and Conditions
- All eBay bids and sales are final.

- PC Parts, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any
order when a credit card has been declined. Credit cards are processed at the
time of shipment, not when the order is placed.
- Payment must be recieved within 10 days. After 2 weeks of the
close of an auction, non-paying bidders will be disputed via eBay Dispute Console.
- All auction items are for shipment only. We do
not allow customer pickup of orders.
- All returns require an RMA number. Returns
without proper authorization or sent freight collect will be rejected. Customers
are responsible for return shipping charges.
- Credits are valid for 90 days from date of
Credit unless otherwise stated.
- A bid on our auction states that you have
read and agreed to all Terms and Conditions. Please, do not bid if
you do not intend to complete your winning bid.

- Our sales department will contact you after auction close via email. We will typically email your payment instructions within 48 hours of the auction ending. If you do not receive the email, please feel free to call us at 1-866-784-4400 for payment instructions.
- Once you receive the e-mail, please follow the instructions enclosed.
- Payment: PayPal payment and major Credit Cards only.
PayPal customers:When paying by PayPal, please use our ID paypal@pcpartsinc.com. We're sorry, but we do not accept payments over $50 that are not verified and/or do not have a confirmed address.
Should you choose to use a credit card, you will be given the location of our secure server to complete your order online.
- Once your payment has been received, we will ship within 1-2 business days.
