Our Guarantee: We specialize in Hp & Compaq Proliants and all their associated peripherals.  We guarantee that all parts included in a server, storageworks, desktop, or an advertised hard drive, memory kit or stick, tape drive, RAID card, etc. is Hp branded.  We also put the part # in every auction so you can guarantee and research what you are buying.  Moreover, we will always list the condition of each product.  We do not say Never Been Used, when it is a HP refurbished part.  We call it what it is because we’re proud to offer it and the value of it.   If it is an open box, we will list the remaining warranty if available.

If you close a bid, it is a contract to buy per eBay's terms and conditions. If there happens to be a listing error and we do not catch it before it ships, we will either correct the problem or exchange it. However, if the buyer purchases the wrong item by mistake we will try to exchange the product; however it may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
